CoGe 1.0.3 just released, with a couple of bug fixes, and a new feature: selecting a slider's subrange aka set in-out point. Its pretty easy to use, check out the corresponding Manual section: Sliders. As always, use the built-in auto updater to grab and install the update, or just download it from the CoGe site.
EDIT: if you experienced issue with MIDI bindings, you should re-download the app from the CoGe site!
